The girls go back to school on January 3^rd, 2023.  Thanks to a random Friday off of school and then staying home the following week when they had COVID-19, that’ll be a total of 24 days off in a row for Dee Dee and Audio! Other than the three days my wife worked last week, this has been the longest stretch of time that our family has spent together in ages. For the most part, it’s gone pretty well. But the other day, I saw Dee Dee run through the living room and duck around the edge of the couch.  Audio arrived in the room soon after, yelling for Dee Dee, “Where are you hiding?”  I asked Audio if they were playing Hide n Seek.  Audio told me that they were not.  Dee Dee was just hiding from her.  When Dee Dee was discovered, Audio asked Dee Dee if she would play with her.  Dee Dee replied with a quick, simple, “No.”  It seems that the sooner the girls get back to school and get to see other kids, the better.
